Our Facilities

BRYSIS conducts its production activities in accordance with principles of technical compliance, hygiene, process control, and traceability. The facility infrastructure is structured to support the controlled and planned execution of processes for different production categories. The technical framework for the preparation, processing, production, storage, and market placement of distilled alcoholic beverages is defined within the scope of the Turkish Food Codex Communiqué on Distilled Alcoholic Beverages.

Our Production Facilities

The BRYSIS production facility has an integrated production infrastructure located in the Kırklareli Organized Industrial Zone. The equipment, process lines, and auxiliary systems within the facility are structured in line with the technical requirements for ethyl alcohol, suma production, and alcoholic beverage production. The technical conditions that alcohol and alcoholic beverage facilities must meet, as well as the principles regarding their establishment, operation, and inspection, are determined within the scope of the regulations of the T.C. Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

The main production infrastructures within the facility cover the following areas:

  • Grain and agricultural-origin ethyl alcohol (ENA) production facility
  • Suma (grape alcohol) production facility
  • High-capacity fermentation systems
  • Multi-column (steel and copper) distillation towers
  • Activated carbon filtration and quartz sand filtration facility for vodka production
  • Rakı production and traditional copper still facility
  • Fermentation, maturation, and storage infrastructure for wine production
  • Stainless steel resting and storage tanks
  • Fully automatic bottling lines

Production processes are carried out in conjunction with capacity planning, process control, quality monitoring, and recording practices. The facility structure supports the continuation of production operations for different product categories in technical compliance.

Our Production Approach

At BRYSIS, the production approach is based on technical compliance, process continuity, quality control, and traceability. Every stage of production is planned and executed considering the technical requirements of the relevant category. Analysis methods for official controls in distilled alcoholic beverages are also regulated by the Communiqué.

Wine production processes are carried out within a holistic production structure, including grape reception, fermentation, resting, quality control, bottling, and storage stages. Facility organization is planned based on product integrity, hygiene, and process monitoring.

Modern Technology

Advanced production technologies are used in distillation, filtration, and bottling processes. Our production lines are equipped with modern machinery used in the international spirits industry and are designed to ensure continuous product quality.

Meticulous Control

All stages of the production processes are continuously monitored by quality control systems. All production steps, from raw material to final product, are verified through laboratory analyses and technical controls, ensuring the maintenance of high quality standards.

Our Product Groups

The BRYSIS production infrastructure is structured to allow for production in different categories. Production activities are handled within the framework of product category-specific technical requirements and relevant legislation. Product names and brands may be listed on corporate websites without advertising or product promotion, and without visual elements.

Main production categories:

  • Ethyl Alcohol (ENA): High-purity extra neutral alcohol produced from agricultural-origin raw materials using modern distillation systems.
  • Suma: Production of high-purity grape alcohol used in rakı production.
  • Vodka: High-quality vodka varieties produced with multi-stage filtration systems including modern distillation, activated carbon, and quartz sand processes.
  • Rakı: Rakı production combining traditional production methods with modern technology.
  • Liqueur: Liqueur varieties that can be developed with different aromas and characteristics.
  • Wine: Wines of different styles and characteristics produced from selected grape varieties.
  • Flavored Alcoholic Beverages: Flavored beverage varieties developed with different fruit and food-grade botanical flavors.
  • Private Label Production: Private brand development and contract manufacturing services for distributors and brand owners.

Raw Material and Production Approach

The production process begins with the selection and processing of agricultural-origin raw materials. This is followed by fermentation, multi-stage distillation, quality control, and appropriate storage processes. Each stage is carried out with consideration for product standardization and process continuity.

In the production process, agricultural raw materials are converted into high-purity ethyl alcohol through fermentation and multi-stage distillation. The aim of this process is to obtain an alcohol (96.6%) that is free from undesirable components and has a clean, extra-neutral character.

Production Infrastructure with Italian Technology

The distillation and process equipment used in the facility infrastructure are structured based on Italian production technologies. This automation-supported infrastructure enables the controlled execution of production processes, the maintenance of process stability, and the effective continuation of quality control practices.

Production Capacity

The facility is designed for the production of ethyl alcohol from agricultural-origin raw materials and has a licensed annual production capacity of over 17,000,000 liters.

Quality Control and Traceability

The technical continuity of the product is monitored through controls carried out at different stages of production. Hygiene, process monitoring, appropriate storage conditions, and recording practices are among the fundamental elements of production integrity.

From Production to Final Product

BRYSIS handles its production activities in the ethyl alcohol, suma, and alcoholic beverage categories with principles of technical compliance, quality continuity, and operational sustainability. Throughout the production processes, the goal is to maintain a production structure that is appropriate for the relevant category and traceable.
