Your personal data is processed by Brysis İçecek Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Brysis”), registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office under registration number 211757-5 and headquartered at “15 Temmuz Mah. Gülbahar Cad. Nurol Park H Blok No: 45 /5 İç Kapı No: 122 Bağcılar/ İstanbul”, as data controller, within the scope of the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and within the framework of this Information Notice.

In this context, our company processes your personal data in accordance with all legislation provisions regarding personal data protection, especially the KVKK, ensures the secure storage of your data, and takes all necessary security measures against possible unlawful access. This Information Notice explains the scope of collection, processing, and transfer of your personal data obtained through your visit to www.brysis.com, to whom it is transferred, the legal basis and methods of personal data processing, and the rights of the personal data owner.
For what purposes do we collect and process personal data?
We collect your personal data through the Website to provide better service and fulfill our legal obligations.

Your personal data obtained through the Website may be processed for the following purposes within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

- Brysis modifying its services and the use of the Website according to users’ interests,
- Brysis carrying out its activities and ensuring the uninterrupted progress of its services,

- Managing Information Request and Product Safety processes,

Your personal data that we process may be shared only with relevant Company departments, authorized persons working within these departments, official institutions-organizations, our business partners, and suppliers for the purpose of carrying out necessary work and ensuring security, in accordance with the processing purpose.
What are the legal bases and methods of personal data processing?
Your personal data is collected and processed by our company through the website within the scope of legal grounds for personal data processing, as regulated in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law). These grounds include the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right; the establishment or performance of a contract; legitimate interest; being foreseen in laws; legal obligation; and, where applicable, explicit consent.
What are the rights of the personal data owner?
Regarding your personal data obtained by our Company due to your visit to our website, as enumerated in Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to our Company;
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
c) Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request the rectification of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- Request the erasure or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
ğ) Demand compensation for damages in case your personal data is processed unlawfully.
How can you apply to the Data Controller?
To submit a request regarding the processing of your personal data, you must complete and sign the request form available on our Company’s website and submit it to us using the method that is most convenient for you from among those listed on the form.
For a person other than the personal data owner to make a request, a special power of attorney issued by the personal data owner for the person who will make the application must be available. Duly submitted requests to our Company will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest. If the response is more than ten pages, a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira may be charged for each page exceeding ten pages. If the response to the application is provided in a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, the cost of the data recording medium may be requested. The Company may request additional information if it deems necessary to determine whether the applicant is the personal data owner and to evaluate the requests, and may ask questions to the personal data owner regarding their application to clarify the matters stated in the application.
